What does maxxing mean?
A suffix meaning to obsessively optimize one particular part of your life — attach it to almost anything (moneymaxxing, sleepmaxxing, gymmaxxing) to describe going all-in on improving it.

Origin
From gaming slang "max" (short for maximize), via the older term "min-maxing". Spread through online communities in the mid-2010s — first attached to "looksmaxxing" — before going mainstream and often ironic on TikTok in the 2020s.
