Salomon Brothers slang from the Liar's Poker era for a newly hired trainee — the lowest form of life on the trading floor, the structural opposite of a Big Swinging Dick. Geeks fetched lunch, took abuse, and prayed for a desk that wasn't Equities in Dallas.
