glam
What does glam mean?
The look you put together by glamouring gear, so you wear your best stats but show off whatever fit you want. In FFXIV, glam is half the endgame.

Origin
Short for 'glamour', FFXIV's appearance system introduced in patch 2.2 that lets you change how gear looks without touching its stats.
