What does no kit mean?
A defuse kit cuts the defuse from 10 seconds to 5. No kit means you're doing the full 10 and you need way more time bought before you can even start. The dreaded 'no kit' callout means your teammates have to lock the site down hard.
"I'm on the bomb but no kit, I need at least eight seconds, hold them off."
