What does shffl mean?
A chained sequence of advanced Melee techniques: short hop, throw an aerial, fast fall, then L-cancel the landing to kill the lag. Stack them together and your aerials come out fast with almost no recovery, letting you mix air and ground pressure seamlessly. Bread and butter for high-level Melee.

Frequently asked questions
Does SHFFL work in Smash Ultimate?
No. Ultimate, Brawl and Smash 4 removed L-cancelling, so true SHFFLing is a Melee thing. The closest you get elsewhere is a short hop fast fall aerial without the L-cancel.
