Etymology
Pandeism was likely taken from the German word Pandeismus, itself joining the Greek-derived prefix pan-, meaning ‘all’, with a German term for deism that traces back to the Latin word for god. It can also be understood as a blend of ‘pantheism’ and ‘deism’.
