What does prayer flick mean?
Turning a protection prayer on right before a hit lands, then straight back off, so you take zero damage but barely spend prayer points. Core skill for no-food bossing.
"Flick Protect from Magic on the attack tick and you'll never get hit."

Old School RuneScape mechanic — prayer only drains while active, so toggling it on the right tick costs almost nothing.
