What does queue dodge mean?
Leaving the lobby or champ select before the game begins — usually because the comp looks doomed or someone's already griefing. Cancels the lobby for everyone and slaps you with a time-and-LP penalty.
"Their jungler picked Teemo into that draft so I just queue dodged, not losing LP for that."

In LoL ranked it starts at roughly 6 minutes and 5 LP for your first dodge, then escalates hard — 30 min and 15 LP for the second, hours after that.
