What is the difference between TBA and TBD?
TBA means "to be announced" — the decision is likely made or in hand, and the detail simply has not been released yet. TBD means "to be determined" or "to be decided" — nobody has settled it. TBA points at a communication gap; TBD points at an open question.
What is the difference between TBA and TBC?
TBC means "to be confirmed", implying a provisional answer already exists and just needs signing off. TBA implies nothing has been shared at all. TBC is far more common in British usage than American.
