four wheeler

From a trucker's seat, the world divides into rigs and everything else. 'Everything else' is a four wheeler — your car, SUV, pickup, whatever. Said with the faint condescension you'd expect from someone driving 18 wheels who has to deal with civilians cutting them off all day. Often paired with a warning: 'four wheeler in your blind spot, driver.'

A home run, so called because the batter touches all four bases ('bags') on the play.

four-top

General

A four-person table. Same logic as two-top — tabletop plus cover count. Servers love them because the tip scales but the trips to the table don't.

fourth point of contact

General

A euphemism for the backside, from parachute-landing-fall doctrine, which counts the body's points of contact with the ground on landing — the fourth being the rear.

fox

A brevity code announcing the simulated or actual launch of an air-to-air weapon, with a number specifying the type: Fox One (semi-active radar), Fox Two (infrared), Fox Three (active radar).

A sharp, instinctive forward who uses clever movement to lose markers and pounce on chances inside the box.

Pretending to be asleep, knocked out, or otherwise unaware — usually to avoid a cell search, a fight, a count, or an unwanted visitor. The fox plays dead. In prisons it's also used when an inmate fakes out after a kicking so the screws think it's worse than it is.

A sequence of moves deliberately left with a small gap, just big enough to look mashable but tight enough that any button the opponent presses gets counter-hit. Bait into punish.

A trick with a window exactly one frame wide — at 60fps that's a sixtieth of a second. One frame early or late and it just doesn't happen. Brutal to land consistently by hand, which is why these are the moments that separate the top runners from everyone else.

A classic global Twitch emote showing a dog's face. Chat throws it out for cheeky sarcasm, playful vibes, or just to spam a wall during hype moments and raids.

freelancing

Acting on your own at an incident instead of staying with your crew and following the incident commander's plan. It's the cardinal sin on the fireground: nobody knows where you are, nobody can save you when it goes bad, and you blow up the accountability system the whole operation runs on. Freelancing shows up in the cause-of-death section of more LODD reports than almost anything else.

A laning technique where you only last-hit minions instead of killing the wave, keeping it parked near your own tower. The enemy has to overextend to farm, leaving them exposed to ganks and denying them CS.
