full-time
General
The point where you stop switching back and forth and just live as yourself, around the clock, every day, no boy-mode days off. Going full-time is a milestone in a lot of people's transitions: work, family, the shops, the lot. The opposite of presenting only in safe pockets of time.
fulla

A guy or person; 'the fullas' means the guys. Common in Māori/Pasifika Kiwi speech.
fullsuit

A complete fursuit including head, body, handpaws, feet, and tail, fully concealing the wearer; hotter and pricier than a partial.

An intensifier meaning completely or totally.
fully involved
General
Size-up shorthand meaning fire has extended to the point that the entire structure (or a defined area of it) is burning, flames are venting from multiple openings, and interior operations are no longer survivable. When the first-due officer calls "fully involved" on the radio, the strategy flips from offensive (go inside, save lives) to defensive (surround it, drown it, protect the exposures). Usually means the building is a loss.
fully sick

funk hole
General
British Army term from the trenches of WWI — a small dugout or hole scraped into the side of a trench where you'd hunker down when the shells started landing. 'Funk' meant fear or cowardice, so the name carried a bit of a sneer. Later stretched to cover any cushy posting where someone was hiding from real service.
funky
Music
Earthy, raw, and authentically down-to-earth, with real character.
furball
General
A brevity code describing a situation where non-friendly and friendly aircraft are all within five nautical miles of one another — a confused, close-quarters air fight.

fursuiter

A member of the furry fandom who wears a fursuit; a minority within the fandom, since most furries do not own a suit.
fusion
General
The lesbian relationship classic: two people get so emotionally intertwined so fast that the line between 'me' and 'us' disappears. Shared friends, shared schedule, shared feelings, often a shared address within weeks. Sister concept to the 'urge to merge' and U-Hauling. It can be sweet closeness or full-blown enmeshment where nobody has their own life anymore. The term's been kicking around lesbian therapy circles since the 1980s and the wider sapphic internet runs with it now.
futch
General
The sweet spot between femme and butch. A sapphic woman (or fem-leaning nonbinary person) who carries both energies at once, or flips between them depending on the day. Think soft and androgynous rather than fully one lane. Less a fence-sit, more a third option that owns itself.

A weasel or stoat in Doric. The literal animal — small, quick, sharp-toothed thing you'd see darting across a north-east field.
future faking
