A drain cover, or the covered drain itself. Pure Dundonian — say it anywhere else and you'll get blank faces. Kids in Dundee have been losing footballs down them since forever.

Mildly affectionate, mildly contemptuous shorthand for the guy in the chair. A regular custie is gold — predictable spend, knows the routine. A new custie is a coin flip between big tipper and total time-vampire. Borrowed from broader service-industry 'custy.'

A bespoke piece of content — usually a video — shot to a specific fan's brief: their name said on camera, their kink catered to, sometimes their face or username on a sign in shot. Customs sit at the top of the price ladder because they can't be resold and the fan knows it.

Describing a strategy or culture that puts the customer at the centre of decisions.

Describes a physique lean enough that muscles look clearly defined and separated.

To go all-out and successfully complete a demanding set (also seen as 'X'd out') — giving maximum effort to finish.
