People will scream OTP about anything from canon couples to two characters who've shared three lines of dialogue. Variants OT3, OT4, OT5 etc. extend it to polyamorous groupings (common in K-pop, where OT7 means 'all seven members together forever').

A story-driven video game marketed to a female audience, in which the player pursues romantic relationships with a cast of male characters.
